white lung played last night at the lamp lighter. along with some other bands. beer was expensive there so sarah and i only stead for them and walked to the unicorn right after. beer is 1$ cheaper there. and better. it was dance mix night. reminiscing from my child hood memories of dance class and middle school dances. the first cassett i ever bought was an ace of base and c&c music factory when i was 9 years. i feel old these days. we met some sandanavians who are here working on sustainability for the olympics. which i found off because vancouver boasted how the olympics would increase local employment yet they are hireing people from another conitinent let alone the same country. i won't hold it against them though. they were nice. we walked to no where in the middle of the night with them and lita and i chased a standard issued prison shoe down carrall street. derya accidentally switched it it to manuel focus while taken photos. i kinda like how they look anyways. these are my favourite kind of nights. once it gets warmer it will be even better.
